Self-Guided Retreat + Coaching Package
Together we will craft a personalized nature-based retreat to help you take that next right step in your healing process. This coaching package includes a 1hr strategy & planning session, a crafted retreat plan specific to you, a 1hr follow up session to process your retreat experience, and a 1hr integration session to help you take your experience with you into ordinary life.
Rooted in You Mini-Course + Coaching Package
A 7 day journey back to yourself that includes 7 nervous system-informed lessons, somatic check-ins and grounding practices, journal invitations and reflection prompts, as well as a private coaching integration call to help integrate this work into your daily life.
What is coaching with Christie like?
One of the biggest lies that is fed to many of us who live with trauma is that we need to go off on our own, heal ourselves, and then allow others to come close. We are taught that we have to protect others from our trauma. And so we try our best to manage our triggers because we so deeply long for relationship.
But here’s the thing: We can’t manage our way out of our trauma. Doing so prolongs the healing process. Healing involves the scary work of leaning in, getting curious, and allowing what is real to flow.
We may spend years trying to “be better”—to stop being the reactive partner or the anxiety-ridden parent. We may try our best to stop hiding, people-pleasing, shame spiraling, or even getting triggered. We try so hard, and for many of us, we even question if the healing is possible because we are putting so much effort into managing ourselves, but seeing little change.
Healing is possible for you. It’s just that the path is going to look different from anything you’ve tried before.
Rather than isolation, it looks like healing alongside others who are trustworthy enough to hold your heart well. (Because healing relational trauma happens in relationship!)
Rather than managing, it looks like responding to yourself with compassion and curiosity.
We all need spaces where we can allow ourselves to unfold and evolve without having to fear that it will come out disorganized, confusing, or emotional. This is why I am passionate about being that person in your life who you can be messy around and experience it as both safe and healing. Being human means living in the mystery of our own souls and learning how to love, grieve, and experience joy amidst the messiness that we face.
In our coaching sessions together, you can expect this space to be a warm, compassionate place where you can cry, swear, find your face covered in snot and not have to apologize for it. In fact, this is your space to allow what is within you to flow and to have someone in your corner celebrating the fact that we are experiencing something deeply real and deeply you.
I will be there to challenge you, ask you deep questions, provide the softness your wounds need, hold hope for you, and together foster the environment your nervous system needs to finally feel safe enough to start living a more embodied and deeply embraced life.
